What in the world

am I doing? I have been up since 5am when my alarm went off. I laid in bed awake for 45 minutes before getting out of bed. Since then I’ve been at this computer reading emails and blogs. It’s now almost 6:30 and it’s just about time to get ready for work. Yeah, it was time to get ready for work half an hour ago!!! There goes my idea to go in early today. I’ll stay late to make up some of the time. I am not feeling motivated. At all.

Since I’ve been in this analytical mood while working this Step Six stuff, I started trying to figure out WHY I’m so unmotivated today. It’s because I know when I get to work, my trainer is going to have to show me something new with the balancing act we have to do with OSHA each quarter. This is part of it.

The other part is just that overwhelming feeling of loneliness I’ve felt since the holiday weekend. I have no logical reason for feeling this way. I have tons of people in GA I could call and a few of my closest friends I could call. But I choose not to on most days. Something about that isolation is comforting to me.

I mentioned a few posts ago that I was going to look into some weight loss pills. I’m really not going too. When I decide to lose a little weight and get in shape, I’ll be doing the Body for Life thing again. I’ll mix my proteins and carbs, I’ll work out, I’ll do portions, etc.

Off to find some breakfast and get ready for work.

    Body for Life is awesome. I lost 16 lbs on that and toned up. Lately I have been taking Relacore, but I haven’t had any strange side effects or rapid heartbeat otherwise I wouldn’t take it. But I always watch my cal intake anyway. I am on prednisone and you can gain weight fast with that.
