The Soda Stand

I’M BACK!!!!!  Did you miss me as much as I missed you?  It’s amazing to me how incredibly bored and lonely I was for the last 5 days.  I tried to keep up with Twitter and Facebook on my cell phone, but it really was too overwhelming to do that.   I would Twitter some stuff and set my status on Crackbook, but overall I went 5 days without internet access!!!!

I have 244 feeds to read right now in Google Reader.  YIKES!  I’ll start slowing going through them soon.  I promise.  I might even *gasp* comment on some!

I’ve had an interested few days.  Work has been going well, for the most part.  My trainer is still going into high speed wobbles over, what seems to me, the littlest things.  I can’t quite tell yet if it’s because I just don’t understand the importance of the duties she’s freaking out over or if it’s just her personality.  Me thinks it’s just her personality.

I was talking to GB earlier today and I was telling him about her and I told I just sit there and stare at her when she goes into these high speed wobbly things.  I also told him there is no instruction manual of any kind and she has no training plan set up.  This is alien to me.  Whenever I trained people in Vegas, I would make sure I not only had an instruction manual, but a training plan set up.  I would set certain days for certain training.  Nothing like that here.  Whatev.  It’s Kentucky for ya I suppose.

I’m in the process of catching up on my eBay stuff.  I sold four DVD’s while I was without internet.   I sent the buyers a message, letting them know I’d be shipping their items tomorrow or Friday.   I also have responded to the two people that received the wrong DVD’s.   They are both sending them back to me, because they do not feel comfortable with me giving their information to a 3rd party.  Can’t say that I blame them, really.

I had my mini meltdown Sunday.  I’m still feeling a bit of it.  I am out of my happy pills, so I know this is why.  I’m sure I’ll get them by the weekend though!

I’m fighting a bit of a headache right now and I’m hungry.  I’ll be going to find some dinner (in my kitchen) in a minute here.

Now I just need to make up 1.5 hours at work.  I’m glad I left early because the cable people had said that the installer would not be here until after 5pm.  Yeah, he showed up at 3:30.  I’m glad I called to check the times they had listed and I came home to wait.

Off to start reading some of those feeds and find some dinner!
