The Soda Stand

How much better I’m feeling.   I think the antibiotics are kicking in finally.  Although I’m still exhausted (but that could be from doing laundry, cleaning, rearranging and dusting everything in preparation for Miss Laci’s arrival tonight) and am ready for a nap, I feel better than I have in days.

I have the OTHER meds I will need once I’m done with the antibiotics, cause I’m such a lucky girl; I get the OTHER type of infection every time I’m on antibiotics.   So in a week, I’ll start using the 2nd med to help the infection this med will cause.

I went to the vehicle registration place today.  The girl was very nice and validated my feelings about this process not being easy to understand or to accomplish.   It turns out, the letter I printed out has to be sent directly to the lienholder, so I will be heading out soon to a mail box to mail it.   I have temp Kentucky tags on my car now, so I’m quite legal once again.   Although I was only illegal for 2 days and didn’t really go anywhere within those two days, I can’t tell ya the guilt I felt for driving illegally.  LOL

I rearranged a bit of the living and took a few things into the second/spare room.   I moved a video/DVD cabinet mom gave me to an area where I can use it for some candle holders AND my DVDs!   I got one of the dining room chairs out from behind some of the stuff so that I have a place to sit tonight.   My little couch is big enough for one person, so I’ll be gracious and give that to my guest.  Aren’t I so nice?

I printed up the cherry blossoms I want surrounding that one tattoo I have.   I also printed out the two Kanji & Hiragana symbols I want to get.  I have to decide quickly exactly which one I’m getting tonight.   And here I thought I was all decided and shit.  Go figure.  I should have known I’d change my mind, I’m such a Libra.

I put my resume in for another position with LMG, we’ll see how that goes.  This one is only a part time job, but they have education incentives I couldn’t pass up.   If I get that part time job, I can get another part time one too and then pretend I’m working full time hahaha I know, that made no sense and I’m seriously regretting putting in for the PT one.  That’ll probably be the one I get.

Off to do more cleaning and what not.  Fun for me!
