She may very well should have called to verify, however, her job is to only do the paperwork, not the homework. That was my job. It's OK though. Like I said, I have 20 days left. The fact that she took the paperwork and tried to process it as a retirement means you may very well have a lawsuit if you really wanted a piece of metal worthless than what your sandwhich is wrapped in.
