The current rate for selling mortgages, getting them, etc is extremely low and continuing to drop. Trust me, I know, my husband works for a mortgage/telemarketing/funding company. Work has been going downhill and fast for a while now, to the point he has been trying to find a new job...and he's the Vice Pres. at this one!
